Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment may be made by Credit/Debit card using the secure Check Out process.
You may also make payment by sending a cheque (PAYABLE TO 'SAFARI SPORTS LIMITED') or credit card details using the 'Credit Card Details Sent Separately' option at Check Out to our offices at Safari House, 24 Central Avenue, West Molesey, Surrey, KT8 2QH, or by telephone on 0845 130 8877 (local rates) 020 8979 7274 (national rates).
Goods will not be despatched untill full payment has been received (except for approved account holders).
If any item is out of stock, Safari Sports Limited will contact you and maybe offer a suitable alternative product. Otherwise when further stocks are expected shortly the item will be back ordered and sent as soon as possible. The expected delivery date will be communicated to you.
When placing an order on our website you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions on Check Out.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we have received payment from you (in the case of payment by cheque this means cleared funds in our bank account). We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
Our aim is to keep delivery charges to a minimum and is charged at cost.
Delivery to UK mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands) addresses is charged on a total order weight basis as detailed below.
N.B some items are 'shipped separately' direct from the manufacturers and are charged on an individual basis as described.
Weight up to 0.5kg - £2.55 (£2.93 incl.VAT)
over 0.5kg to 1.0kg - £3.85 (£4.43 incl.VAT)
over 1.0kg to 1.5kg - £5.75 (£6.61 incl.VAT)
over 1.5kg to 2kg - £7.65 (£8.80 incl.VAT)
over 2kg to 15kg - £8.50 (£9.78 incl.VAT)
over 15kg to 20kg - £10.00 (£11.50 incl.VAT)
over 20kg to 25kg - £11.50 (£13.23 incl.VAT)
over 25kg to 30kg - £13.00 (£14.95 incl.VAT)
over 30kg to 50kg - £19.00 (£21.85 incl.VAT)
over 50kg to 75kg - £26.50 (£30.48 incl.VAT)
over 75kg to 100kg - £34.00 (£39.10 incl.VAT)
The 'shipping weight' of each product is shown on the item description and the total charge will be based on the combined weight of your order. This charge will also be shown at check out.
FOR DELIVERY TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND (AND SCOTTISH LOWLANDS), ORDERS OVER 100kg AND FOR EXPORT ORDERS PLEASE CONTACT US.
Orders are processed as soon as possible and our aim is to despatch goods within 5 working days (maximum 30 days). We will contact you if items are temporarily out of stock or we anticipate a delay in sending out your order.
For smaller items we use Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' service. For heavier or more valuable orders we use FedEx 'Next Working Day' service.
PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY THAT THE PACKAGES ARE UNDAMAGED AND THAT YOU ARE SIGNING FOR THE CORRECT NUMBER OF PACKAGES. MISTAKES MADE CAN RARELY BE RECTIFIED LATER.
Evidence of despatch fulfills Safari Sports Limited obligation to deliver the goods. Times or dates for delivery are estimates only and not contractual obligations. No claims for damages in respect of late deliveries will be paid.
Any damage to goods or shortage must be advised to us and confirmed in writing within 24 hours of delivery and in the case of non delivery, within ten days of date of invoice, otherwise no liability will be accepted. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added where applicable.

Credit Card Security
When you place an order Credit and Debit card details are sent via a secure link to our Payment Service Provider only. No card details are sent to us or held by our company on any of our computers. |

Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may cancel your order up to ten days following receipt.
If you want to cancel your order you must inform us in writing by letter, fax or email. (See Contact Us tab for details).
In the case of unwanted goods you are responsible for taking care of the goods and the cost of returning them to us (including insuring them against loss or theft). UK Sports Superstore (Safari Sports Limited) will refund the original cost of the goods within 30 days. Goods should be returned with the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
If the goods are faulty, not as described or an unwanted substitute product you must inform us in writing by letter, fax or email as soon as possible and within ten days of receipt. (See Contact Us tab for details). We will contact you to arrange return of the goods at our expense and to arrange a full refund.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and other UK legislation. |
